We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist
to drive student acquisition, school partnerships, community growth, and platform engagement.
The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech marketing, school outreach, digital marketing, and community building. This role focuses on increasing student registrations, active users, and educational partnerships while expanding our reach among students, parents, teachers, and schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase student registrations across Classes 6–12.
- Drive Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
- Develop and execute growth campaigns to increase platform adoption.
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Connect with school principals, coordinators, and academic heads.
- Schedule and conduct platform demonstrations.
- Build and manage school partnerships.
- Organize teacher orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions and coaching centers.
- Promote diagnostic assessments as a student improvement tool.
- Build and manage parent communities through WhatsApp and social media.
- Create awareness campaigns targeting parents and guardians.
- Conduct webinars and online engagement activities for parents.
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Execute YouTube marketing initiatives.
- Manage Instagram Reels and short-form video campaigns.
- Grow Facebook communities and engagement.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Create and execute content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Manage Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit, Discord, and Twitter communities.
- Build and nurture student learning communities.
- Encourage engagement through challenges, quizzes, contests, and discussions.
- Develop student ambassador and referral programs.
- Build partnerships with schools and educational organizations.
- Collaborate with educational influencers and content creators.
- Develop relationships with teacher communities and academic networks.
- Explore strategic collaborations to increase platform reach.
Required Skills
