Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the recruitment team. The role involves managing hiring targets, overseeing client requirements, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining overall team productivity
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries such as construction, hospitality, logistics, and retail
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital channels
- Present LaborLink’s hiring solutions and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies for bulk hiring requirements
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract closures
Requirements
- MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales (staffing/recruitment preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of local market and industries
- Experience in field sales is an added advantage
