Role Description The Commercial Real Estate – Regional Leasing Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. This role oversees commercial leasing activities across the region, including managing inventory, driving occupancy, and negotiating lease terms with corporate and institutional tenants. The individual will lead the regions franchise network, set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure consistent execution of leasing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market assessments, developing and presenting proposals, coordinating property viewings, and working closely with property owners, developers, and internal stakeholders to align leasing plans with business goals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and market trends, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering a high-quality client experience throughout the leasing lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate, with proven experience in leasing, portfolio management, or asset management.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance skills, including understanding of lease economics, ROI calculations, rental valuations, and basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management, responsiveness, and solution-oriented support.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or real estate certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, setting performance goals, and driving results in a target-driven environment.
- Deep knowledge of Bangalore commercial property markets, local regulations, and RERA guidelines is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and use CRM
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
