- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic MIS reports.
- Conduct customer meetings, negotiations, and close high-value business deals.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and recommend improvement plans.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.
- Ensure proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and customer records.
- Maintain CRM/ERP data accurately and generate reports for management.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance department.
- Develop pricing strategies in consultation with management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
