Skill and job duties as follows
- Machine Setup & Operation: Independently set up and operate both CNC (Lathe/Turning) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for daily production.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex technical drawings, 2D/3D blueprints, and job cards to understand dimensions and tolerances.
- Tooling & Offsets: Perform tool changes, set tool lengths, and make necessary work offsets or wear offsets to maintain part accuracy.
- Precision Measurement: Use measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and Height Gauges to inspect finished components.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load raw materials (castings, forgings, or bar stock) into fixtures and unload finished parts.
- Quality Control: Ensure all parts meet the required quality standards; identify and segregate "Not OK" (NOK) parts to minimize scrap.
- Basic Programming Knowledge: Understand and monitor G-codes and M-codes during the machining process to ensure the program is running correctly.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform daily preventive maintenance, including checking coolant levels, lubrication, and cleaning chips/swarf from the machine bed.
- Production Logging: Maintain accurate records of the number of pieces produced, cycle times, and any machine downtime.
- Safety & 5S: Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards and strictly adhere to all safety protocols (PPE).
Requirements
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
