Shaahi Creations Events is an event management company specialising in corporate events, luxury weddings and destination weddings. We work with clients to create thoughtfully planned, well-executed and memorable celebrations across India.
We are looking for confident, energetic and ambitious Management / MBA / PGDM graduates or students to join our Pune team as Management Interns – Business Development & Client Servicing.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales, business development, luxury weddings and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and generating new business leads for weddings and destination weddings.
- Make calls, follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, preferences and expectations.
- Assist in client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and quotations for prospective clients.
- Present wedding concepts and destination options to clients.
- Maintain and update the sales lead database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and client requirements.
- Research potential wedding destinations, venues, luxury hotels and market opportunities.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Support the team in converting leads into confirmed clients.
- Assist with client servicing from initial enquiry through the planning process.
- Coordinate with hotels, venues and vendors whenever required.
- Attend client meetings, venue visits and wedding assignments.
- Support the team during live weddings and destination events.
- Prepare regular updates on leads, follow-ups and business development activities.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM / Graduate in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to communicate with premium clients.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Canva and social media.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, venue visits and weddings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
Preferred
- Prior internship or experience in sales, business development, hospitality, events or client servicing.
- Candidates with an interest in luxury weddings, hospitality and lifestyle brands.
- Candidates who are comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives.

Stipend
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
