Role & responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s.
- Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.
- Arrange loan events.
- Handle product queries and service issues.
- Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients.
- Ensure the target assigned targets are achieved.

- Strong understanding of home loan products, including features, eligibility criteria, and market offerings.
- Professional network relevant to the role, enabling effective business development
- Strong knowledge of the industry and its current trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- In-depth understanding of industry practices, regulations, and market developments.
- Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
- Eye for details and completion of Documentation
What we are looking for : The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the housing finance industry, a strong understanding of home loan products, and the ability to leverage an extensive network for client acquisition and relationship management.
Pay: From ₹243,000.00 per year
