Position: HR Recruiter Real Estate
Location: Pune -Bund Garden Road
Experience: 2 - 3 Years (Real Estate recruitment preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various roles across construction, sales, accounts, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Joining)
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy networks
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
· Manage bulk hiring for site staff, sales teams, and back-office roles
· Maintain and update candidate database and trackers
· Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining formalities
· Ensure timely closure of open positions
· Build strong pipeline for real estate-specific roles (e.g., Purchase, CRM, Sales, Engineers, Accounts)
· Coordinate with consultants and vendors when required
· Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports
Key Skills Required:
· Strong understanding of real estate hiring requirements
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
· Negotiation and coordination skills
· Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Experience in real estate / construction industry recruitment
· Immediate joiners preferred
· Good networking and sourcing skills
