Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with brokers, IPCs, and channel partners to boost lead generation.
- Lead Generation: Source high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and corporate channels.
- Sales Strategy: Drive project-specific sourcing, organize broker meets, and provide regular product/pricing updates to partners.
- Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly sourcing targets and ensuring smooth deal closure in coordination with sales teams.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze local market trends, competitor activity.
Candidate Profile & Skills:
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or broker management.
- Networking: Strong existing network of brokers and channel partners.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of residential real estate market trends and local micro-markets.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Number of active channel partners onboarded.
- Volume of qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled and converted.
