We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of GDS systems, especially Travelport / Galileo, to manage airline reservations, ticketing, reissuance, fare calculation, and travel-related customer support. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling domestic and international travel bookings efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with airline policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, and rebooking using GDS platforms such as Travelport / Galileo.
- Search and compare airfares, routes, schedules, and seat availability across multiple airline systems.
- Process PNR creation, modification, and management accurately.
- Perform ticket reissuance, date changes, rerouting, and fare recalculations.
- Manage EMD, SSR, OSI, and ancillary service requests (meals, baggage, wheelchair, seat selection, etc.).
- Assist customers with international and domestic travel planning.
- Coordinate with airline helpdesks for schedule changes, waiver requests, and disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, visa requirements, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
- Handle group bookings, corporate travel requests, and special itineraries.
- Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and travel documentation.
- Provide after-sales support for travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Travelport / Galileo GDS
- Knowledge of airline ticketing concepts:
- PNR creation

- Ticketing & reissuance
- Refund processing
- Queue handling
- Good understanding of IATA regulations and airline policies
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
- Good computer proficiency (Email, Excel, CRM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- IATA / Airline ticketing certification preferred
- 1–5+ years experience in travel agency / airline ticketing
- Experience with additional GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre is an advantage
Pay: ₹11,184.49 - ₹44,473.20 per month
