Position: Store Executive

Job Overview
Speedways Electric is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material dispatch at our EV manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking incoming raw materials, managing stock for chassis and powertrain components, and ensuring smooth inventory flow to the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and log incoming raw materials, EV components, batteries, and spare parts into the ERP/inventory system.
- Production Line Support: Coordinate with shop-floor section leads to issue materials, tools, and sub-assemblies on time to prevent production downtime.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain proper storage, labeling, and 5S standards across all raw material and finished goods storage areas.
- Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies with system records, and maintain accurate inventory logs.
- Dispatch & Goods Inward: Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation, verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, and coordinate outbound shipments of finished electric vehicles or spare parts.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure safe handling and storage of sensitive EV components (e.g., lithium battery packs, electronic controllers) following EHS guidelines.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
