Hiring: Sales Officer / Territory Manager / Regional Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop business across the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new franchisees, collection centres and channel partners.
- Generate leads and close franchise/business opportunities.
- Develop business from doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and corporate healthcare clients.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Support franchise onboarding and coordination.
- Achieve sales, revenue and franchise acquisition targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Territory Sales, Franchise Development or Healthcare Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good network with doctors, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
