Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout programs.
- Provide one-on-one Personal Training sessions to clients.
- Guide members on weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, and overall fitness improvement.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans.
- Ensure proper use of gym equipment and maintain safety standards.
- Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the gym floor.
- Build strong relationships with members and deliver excellent customer service.
- Promote and convert members into Personal Training clients.
General Training Responsibilities
- When Personal Training sessions are not scheduled, the trainer will be responsible for supervising the gym floor.
- Assist general gym members with workout guidance and exercise form correction.
- Help members use equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide support and motivation to all gym members.
- Ensure a positive, energetic, and professional gym environment at all times.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (K11, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, Gold’s Gym Academy, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of fitness training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness programming, and basic nutrition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle both Personal Training and General Training responsibilities.
- Sales and Personal Training conversion skills will be an added advantage.
