Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support sales and marketing activities from the office.
- Communicate effectively with customers, distributors, and field teams.
- Lead, motivate, and guide team members toward business objectives.
- Drive business development, market expansion, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, track performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
