Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions across business requirements.
- Work on SAP IBP modules including:
- Demand Planning (DP)
- Supply Planning (SP)
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Inventory Optimization
- Response & Supply (R&S)
- Control Tower (preferred)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Attributes, Time Profiles, Master Data Types, and Planning Operators.
- Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models and supply planning processes.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using CPI-DS, SDI, or RTI.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and IT.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementation and support.
- Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
- Knowledge of Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data, Time Series Planning, and Order-Based Planning (OBP).
- Experience with CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, or SAP Cloud Integration.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and Microsoft Excel Add-in for IBP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- SAP IBP Certification is preferred.
- Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP IBP implementation.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–10 years of overall SAP experience with relevant SAP IBP expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects within timelines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Immediate to 30-day joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹444,528.73 - ₹1,741,206.28 per year
