Cashier cum Manager Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing and payment transactions accurately using the Petpooja system.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and online payments.
- Maintain daily sales records and prepare cash reconciliation reports.
- Ensure proper accounting of all transactions and deposits.
- Resolve billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, cashiering, or hospitality management.
- Experience working with restaurant billing software Petpooja
