Job Summary:
Provide advanced technical support and resolve escalated IT issues beyond L1 level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions
- Support O365, VPN, email, and system configurations
- Handle escalations from L1 and ensure resolution within SLA
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, AD, O365, networking basics
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
