Corporate Sales Manager – Diagnostic CenterRole Overview
A Corporate Sales Manager in a diagnostic center is responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and other healthcare partners. The role focuses on promoting diagnostic services such as lab tests, imaging (USG, X-ray, MRI, CT Scan), and health check-up packages to corporate accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesAreaResponsibilitiesCorporate Tie-upsIdentify and onboard corporate clients, insurance companies, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), and hospitals for referral partnershipsSales StrategyDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for diagnostic services including lab, radiology, and preventive health packagesClient RelationshipMaintain strong relationships with HR departments, medical officers, and decision-makers of corporate organizationsHealth Camp ManagementCoordinate and organize corporate health check-up camps, wellness programs, and preventive screening drives at client locationsBilling & Payment Follow-upEnsure timely generation of invoices, submission of bills to corporate clients, and follow-up for paymentsTeam ManagementLead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or business development officersReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management reviewRequired Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred)
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare industry
- Experience in handling corporate clients, insurance tie-ups, and health camps is highly preferred
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic services (lab tests, USG, X-ray, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
