Roles & Responsibilities, Role Specification & Key Deliverables of the Role
The role would primarily involve in taking care of lab related acitivties. The employee will be resposbile for anysis of raw material and finsihed goods. Documentation of records as per Food safety, Laboratory & Quality Standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
To ensure incoming raw material quality as per specifications & SAP entries for quality status updating
Implementation and sustaining Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Hygiene Practice.
Monitoring and Measuring PRP, OPRP and CCP's controls.
Pest control management tracking in the premises.
Responsible for maintaining FSMS related documents as per ISO 22000, ISO 22002 & HACCP requirements (food safety manual, Adherence of yearly calendar, Internal Audit, CAPA, product traceability)
Conduct the internal quality audit, document control audit & Mock recalls as per schedule
Ensure the Chemical testing laboratory operations & testings as per NABL requirements (ISO 17025)
Handling sensitive equipments like GC, UV, KF, FTNIR Spectra, RI, CS & BS equipments.
Calibration verifications as per defined schedule with NPL Traceability.
Implementations of GLP practicess and Retains the sufficient inventory at laboratory.
Creating Awareness on GMP and GHP to Food handlers through awareness.
Maintaining statuary & regularity documents with respect to FSSAI, USFDA & Legal metrology.
Ensure Safety Norms by effective implementations of HIRA & Aspect impact risk assessments to meet OHSAS & EMS requirements (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
Preapare and Follow internal SOP's with respect to Laboratory operations & Food safety activities.
