Job Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, customer support, and sales growth across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
- Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Execute promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
- Prepare sales and performance reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Pharma/OTC products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
