Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to support our sales team in the construction industry. The role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating with the sales team, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to support sales activities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, online leads, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Explain project details, features to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and documentation.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
- 0–1 years of experience in customer service, sales support, real estate/construction or or any industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office .
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
