Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced NEET / JEE Foundation Trainer to guide students in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for competitive exam preparation. The trainer will be responsible for building strong conceptual understanding and improving students’ problem-solving skills from foundational level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions for NEET / JEE Foundation (Grades 8–12)
- Teach core subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology (based on specialization)
- Build strong conceptual clarity and exam-oriented preparation strategies
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice materials
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance assessments
- Analyze student performance and provide individual mentoring
- Clarify doubts and support weak students through remedial sessions
- Motivate students for competitive exams like NEET & JEE
- Coordinate with school management and academic coordinators
- Maintain academic records and progress reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant subject (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology)
- Prior experience in NEET / JEE coaching or school foundation programs preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in CBSE / Matric / Foundation coaching institutes
- Ability to handle both school curriculum + competitive exam syllabus
- Willingness to travel to different school locations (if required)
- Strong digital teaching skills (smart board / LMS tools)
