Senior HR Executive / HR Business Partner (5+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with 5+ years of experience to drive both operational excellence and strategic HR initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, partnering with business leaders, and enhancing employee experience while ensuring compliance and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
- Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning and hiring strategy
- Optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles
2. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads
- Align HR initiatives with business goals
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding processes
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
- Ensure a seamless employee experience across all touchpoints
4. Performance Management & Development
- Lead performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks (KRA/KPI)
- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs
- Support leadership development and succession planning
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and audit readiness
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and execute engagement and wellness initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring efficiency)
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports
