Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Collections Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in the US market, assisting them with repayment plans, resolving outstanding dues, and ensuring compliance with US federal collection regulations.
Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer conversations professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound collections calls for US/UK customers.
- Understand customer financial situations and provide suitable repayment solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely collections.
- Manage delinquency buckets and maintain collection targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Resolve customer concerns while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved cases.
- Meet KPIs such as collection targets, contact rate, promise rate, and kept rate.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-time Graduate mandatory.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in International Collections / US Collections process.
- Prior experience in Financial Services domain preferred.
- Knowledge of US federal regulations such as FDCPA, CFPB, and Bankruptcy will be an added advantage.
