The Quality Check role is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards. This involves inspecting products, identifying defects, and documenting findings.
Key Responsibilities:
File Login Quality Checks:
Perform quality checks on loan files entered by TBMs into the Omnifin so ware to ensure they
meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of loan files, including customer informa on,
loan details, and documenta on.
Query Execu on:
U lize the query func onali es within the Omnifin soware to execute queries aimed at
maintaining the quality and accuracy of file logins.
To check and ensure that all loan documents within file logins meet compliance standards and
regulatory requirements.
MIS Updates:
Centralize the tracking of queries raised in Omnifin to monitor and report on the quality of file
logins.
Generate reports summarizing quality check findings, areas of concern, and recommenda ons
for improvement.

Knowledge of loan processing, financial services, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in using Omnifin soware or similar financial LOS software.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educati on: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality check role in the
financial services sector, par cularly in the LAP division of an NBFC.
