Key Responsibilities. Branch Operations & Leadership
- Oversee complete branch operations
- Lead, mentor and manage Sales & Operations teams
- Ensure smooth daily functioning and service excellence
Business Development
- Drive corporate client acquisition
- Build strong B2B & B2C relationships
- Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
- Develop local market expansion strategies
Revenue & Profitability
- Monitor branch P&L performance
- Control costs and maximize margins
- Improve productivity and efficiency
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with key corporate clients
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Ensure SLA compliance
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly MIS and performance reports
- Ensure company policies & travel compliance standards are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Minimum 7+ years experience in Travel & Tourism
✔ Prior experience in handling Corporate Travel Accounts
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills
✔ Ability to drive sales and close large accounts
