The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.· Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls, emails, and visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records of accounts receivable .
- Ensure timely collection as per agreed credit terms .
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve payment-related issues .
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies .
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports .
- Monitor aging reports and highlight overdue accounts .
- Maintain proper documentation of payment commitments and communications .
- Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments .
- Escalate critical cases of delayed payments to management.
Experience
- 2-3 year Payment collection experience is must.
