We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Counselor to join our Admissions Team at our Mohali Branch. The ideal candidate should possess strong counseling and sales skills, with the ability to guide prospective students and parents while consistently achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding career opportunities and available courses.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic inquiries, digital leads, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Contribute to business growth through referrals and lead generation activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Admissions Counseling, Educational Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Skill Development industry will be preferred.
