Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and other beverages according to our restaurant’s standards.
- Design and develop new beverage recipes to enhance our restaurant's menu.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies, including alcohol, glassware, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring a memorable bar experience.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior bartenders and bar staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Manage bar inventory and report stock levels to management.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
