- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
- Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries and help resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate exit formalities, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
