Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and photo realistic renderings.
- Apply textures, materials, and lighting to 3D scenes.
- Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements.
- Manage and organize a library of 3D models, textures, and assets.
- Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously.
- 3D Modeling: Expert proficiency in 3ds Max or Sketch Up.
- Rendering: V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Post-Production: Photoshop
- Drafting/2D: Auto Cad to understand and convert 2D plans into 3D models.
Core Visualization & Design Skills:
- A strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, including spatial relations, scale, proportion, and furniture layout.
- Excellent knowledge of lighting, materials, and textures to achieve photo realistic results.
- Ability to interpret and translate conceptual sketches and technical drawings into accurate 3D models and renderings.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative visual storytelling.
