About the Role
Careerflow Human Data Labs is looking for Hindi-speaking contributors for upcoming audio data collection and annotation projects. Selected contributors will record short Hindi voice samples and may participate in additional voice-data projects used to train and improve artificial intelligence and speech-recognition systems.
This is a flexible, project-based opportunity suitable for individuals who can speak Hindi naturally, follow recording instructions carefully, and submit clear audio recordings.
Key Responsibilities
- Record Hindi sentences, conversations, or scripts provided by the project team..
- Submit clear and natural voice recordings using a mobile phone, computer, or suitable recording device..
- Follow specific instructions related to pronunciation, speaking style, background environment, file format, and recording quality..
- Review recordings before submission to ensure they are complete and free from unnecessary noise..
- Complete audio annotation, validation, or transcription tasks when required..
- Meet project timelines and quality standards..
- Maintain confidentiality regarding scripts, project materials, and client information..
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a native or highly fluent Hindi speaker..
- Must have a natural and understandable speaking voice..
- Must be comfortable recording and submitting personal voice samples..
- Must have access to a smartphone, laptop, or voice-recording device..
- Must be able to record in a quiet environment with minimal background noise..
- Must have a reliable internet connection for uploading recordings..
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately..
- Must submit only recordings containing their own voice..
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in voice recording, audio annotation, transcription, data collection, content moderation, or AI-training projects..
- Familiarity with mobile or desktop audio-recording applications..
- Ability to speak in a natural conversational style..
- Familiarity with regional Hindi accents or dialects is an advantage..
- Good attention to detail and commitment to audio quality..
Voice Sample Requirements
Applicants may be asked to submit a short Hindi voice sample of approximately 10–20 seconds.
The sample may include:
- A brief self-introduction..
- Information about the applicant’s native place or regional accent..
- A few naturally spoken Hindi sentences..
- A short scripted or spontaneous recording..
Recordings should:
- Be made in a quiet environment..
- Contain minimal background noise..
- Clearly capture the applicant’s voice..
- Avoid music, filters, voice modification, or artificial enhancement..
- Be submitted in the specified audio or video format..
