Role: Pre Sales Consultant Solutions Architect
Possesses sound understanding and knowledge about infrastructure services – Cloud, Server, Storage & Backup, Network, Database, Middleware, Active Directory and Messaging ; User Experience around Service Desk, End User computing and others.
Must be knowledgeable on market trends in various offerings across Datacenter, Cloud, End User Computing and Service Desk services.
Have experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs and proactive bids.
Ability to create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the Solutions, value proposition, mapping to the customer needs vs the solutions, catering to market and industry needs.
Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales Cycles.
Experienced in solutioning Managed Services and project based solutioning.
Experienced and aware of the different methodologies of Service Transition and Transformation.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Respond to technical objections and articulate the value and return on investment delivered Effectively communicate & build confidence with customers.
Experienced to present the solutions to customer.
