Lead and manage the planning, design coordination, execution, and delivery of building projects within MET City.

Oversee construction activities for industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, and support buildings as applicable under the project.

Review architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, developers, utility agencies, and internal stakeholders for timely project execution.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and construction progress.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.

Review contractor work programs, method statements, material approvals, and construction methodologies.

Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of workmanship and construction activities.

Identify project risks, construction challenges, and delays and implement corrective measures.

Support procurement activities, technical evaluations, contract administration, and project reporting.

Monitor testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Prepare progress reports, management updates, and presentations for senior leadership.
