Job Description:
We are looking for a Bakery Packing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating food packaging machines and ensuring products are packed efficiently while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor bakery packing machines.
- Set up and adjust machine settings as required.
- Ensure proper packing, sealing, and labeling of products.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
- Report machine issues or breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Maintain production targets with minimal wastage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operating bakery or food packing machines is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a production environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with flow wrap or automatic packing machines.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing practices.
Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
