About the Role
We are hiring multiple confident and camera-friendly Content Creators / Course Presenters who can record online courses on behalf of our company. The selected candidates will represent our brand in educational video content, tutorials, training modules, and digital learning programs.
This role is ideal for teachers, trainers, educators, creators, or professionals who are comfortable explaining topics clearly in front of the camera.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality course videos for the company’s digital learning platform.
- Present scripts, modules, and training content in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
- Explain concepts in English, Hindi, and Bengali as per course requirement.
- Work on topics related to digital skills, marketing, technology, business, AI, AR/VR, and other professional learning areas.
- Coordinate with the internal team for scripts, content flow, corrections, and final recording requirements.
- Maintain brand tone, professionalism, and learner-friendly delivery.
- Be available for reshoots or corrections if required.
Preferred Skills / Added Advantage
Candidates with teaching or training experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Confident camera presence.
- Clear pronunciation and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to explain topics in a simple and engaging way.
- Basic understanding of online course recording formats.
- Professional attitude and timely delivery.
- Prior teaching, anchoring, training, or content creation experience will be preferred.
Remuneration
Compensation will include:
- Fixed remuneration for course recording/projects.
- Additional per-sale commission on every course sale generated through the company’s platform or campaigns.
Final remuneration will depend on experience, subject expertise, content quality, and number of courses recorded.
