Job Summary:
The Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base in the home health care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Client Acquisition
- Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and corporates
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
Partnership & Networking
- Establish tie-ups with healthcare providers
- Attend medical camps and networking events
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Team Coordination
- Work with operations and clinical teams
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales reports and MIS
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue targets

- Retention rate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare
- MBA preferred
Experience Required:
- 0–9 years in healthcare/pharma sales
