Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the Education Hub.
- Develop and implement academic strategies and quality standards.
- Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance.
- Oversee student admissions, counselling, and academic progress.
- Ensure excellent student and parent satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to increase admissions.
- Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and achieve organizational goals.
- Build a positive learning environment and maintain operational excellence.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's/MBA/M.Ed. preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in an Education Institute, Coaching Centre, School, College, EdTech, or Training Institute.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and counselling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.
- Ability to handle operations, academics, and admissions effectively.
