ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Client Servicing Head who can own and lead the client servicing function at ANTS Digital.
This is a senior leadership role and not a coordination-led client servicing role. The person will be responsible for managing key client relationships, protecting and growing existing business, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities, improving account profitability, supporting new business development, and building a strong client servicing team.
At this level, the expectation is not only to ensure delivery but to take ownership of client portfolio health, revenue growth, profitability, team performance and long-term client relationships.
The person should have strong agency experience and should be comfortable dealing with founders, CXOs, marketing heads and senior stakeholders. They should understand digital marketing deeply enough to guide conversations, identify growth opportunities, solve client concerns and bring internal teams together around business outcomes.
HOW YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- Owning senior-level relationships with key clients, founders, CXOs and marketing leaders.
- Understanding client business objectives and identifying where ANTS Digital can add more value.
- Driving account growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals and service expansion.
- Owning client portfolio health including retention, revenue, profitability, scope and relationship quality.
- Reviewing account-level P&L, resource allocation, delivery effort and commercial viability.
- Identifying accounts that are under-serviced, over-serviced, under-billed or at risk.
- Working with leadership and finance teams on forecasts, billing, renewals, collections and commercial planning.
- Looking for new client opportunities through referrals, existing relationships, network and strategic account expansion.
- Participating in new business pitches, proposals and client presentations.
- Leading, mentoring and building the client servicing team.
- Ensuring account managers and servicing teams are clear on ownership, timelines, client expectations and delivery priorities.
- Reviewing the quality of client conversations, reports, presentations, reviews and strategic recommendations.
- Acting as the escalation point for major client issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Building processes for smoother project tracking, reporting, communication, approvals and review mechanisms.
- Working with creative, content, performance, SEO, tech and other teams to ensure delivery supports business objectives, not just task completion.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 10–15 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Business Leadership or Client Leadership roles.
- Experience must be from a Digital Marketing, Creative, Advertising or Integrated Marketing Agency.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in leading client servicing teams or account management teams.
- Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders including founders, CXOs, marketing heads and business heads.
- Experience in owning client portfolios, revenue growth, renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong understanding of account profitability, retainers, scope management, resource utilisation and P&L.
- Ability to identify business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue.
- Experience in supporting new business pitches, proposals, presentations and strategic account expansion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing across social media, content, creative, performance marketing, SEO, websites, analytics and reporting.
- Ability to lead teams, manage escalations, resolve conflicts and bring accountability across functions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in building or restructuring client servicing teams.
- Ability to contribute to pitch strategy, proposal thinking and senior client presentations.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, project management tools and analytics/reporting platforms.
- Strong English communication skills. Hindi and regional language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred. Bangalore candidates may also be considered.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Client Servicing Head will be responsible for leading ANTS Digital’s client servicing function as a business and relationship owner.
The role will involve managing key client relationships, driving retention, growing revenue from existing accounts, improving account profitability, supporting new business opportunities, and building a strong client servicing team.
This is not a role for someone who only manages timelines and follow-ups. It is for a senior agency professional who can own the client portfolio, understand the business side of accounts, manage P&L expectations, identify growth opportunities and ensure that teams deliver work that protects and grows client relationships.
At this level, the person should bring maturity, commercial understanding, leadership ability and strong client confidence. The expectation is to make client servicing a growth engine for the agency, not just a delivery management function.
