We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account & Finance Manager to manage our company’s accounts and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, ensure compliance, and support business growth through accurate financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for compliance and audits
- Track expenses, budgets, and financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices and records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
