We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our firearms retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate sales data entry, maintaining books of record, managing administrative functions, and supporting accounting and compliance requirements. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of GST processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain sales transactions accurately in company systems.
- Maintain books of record and ensure all sales, inventory, and administrative documentation is complete and organized.
- Manage customer records, inventory records, invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Assist with firearms transaction paperwork and record retention in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with accountants regarding GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
- Reconcile daily sales reports, cash receipts, and payment records.
- Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Generate periodic sales, inventory, and operational reports for management.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support.
- Assist with office supply management and other administrative duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
