JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Accountant to manage the accounting and financial operations of our Paints Distribution Company and Restaurant Outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, inventory accounting, banking and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with timely financial information.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial records.
- Record all sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and ledgers regularly.
- Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, debit notes and credit notes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST compliance, deduct and deposit TDS and ensure statutory compliance.
- Process payroll, including salary, EPF, ESIC, professional tax and other deductions.
- Monitor Cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
- Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation (paint products and restaurant inventory)
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze business performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
