We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on leading job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Actively engage with potential candidates on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Research and maintain databases of potential candidates using ethical and publicly available sources.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate office administration and help maintain a positive work environment.
- Regularly publish company updates, hiring posts, achievements, and culture-related content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
- Assist management with HR operations and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and modern recruitment practices.
- Ability to identify, organize, and maintain candidate databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an advantage.
- Experience in hiring for IT or Digital Marketing roles is a plus.
- Basic understanding of employer branding and social media management.
