Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for retail staff
- Design and execute training & development programs to enhance productivity
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and retention
- Manage performance appraisals, reviews, and disciplinary processes
Act as a strategic HR partner to management for workforce planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
