EXPERIENCE : 1-2 YEARS
Description:
- Read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Assemble, fit, and install mechanical components and equipment.
- Perform drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding, and fitting operations.
- Inspect parts and ensure proper alignment and dimensions.
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs of machines and tools.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- ITI (Fitter) certification.
- Knowledge of fitting tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic machine maintenance knowledge.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
