Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS & Admin Executive to support administrative operations, employee engagement activities, reporting, and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing reports and dashboards, tracking targets and incentives, and coordinating internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
● Maintain employee records and organizational data.
● Track and manage employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and other important occasions.
● Coordinate internal announcements and employee engagement activities.
● Maintain documentation related to company operations and employee performance. Target & Incentive Tracking
● Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual target records for different teams.
● Track employee performance against assigned targets.
● Calculate and maintain incentive records as per company policies.
● Generate performance reports and share updates with management.
Reporting & MIS
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
● Develop and maintain Excel dashboards for management review.
● Analyze performance data and present insights through reports and presentations.
● Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Employee Communication
● Share employee progress reports via email.
● Send reminders regarding targets, achievements, incentives, and pending tasks.
● Coordinate with department heads for performance-related information. Presentation & Documentation
● Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings and reviews.
● Prepare reports, summaries, and performance presentations as required.
● Maintain records of business performance metrics and team achievements. Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
● Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
● Basic knowledge of data analysis and MIS reporting.
● Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications
● Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
● 0-1 years of experience in MIS, Administration, Reporting, or Operations.
● Experience in employee performance tracking and incentive management is preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● 100% accuracy in target and incentive tracking.
● Timely maintenance of employee birthday and work anniversary records.
● Weekly and monthly reports submitted on time.
● Employee progress reports shared within defined timelines.
● Accurate maintenance of dashboards and performance records.
● Timely preparation of management presentations and reports.
Salary Range
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
