We seek an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee the construction of high-rise residential projects in the Vasai-Virar region. The Site Engineer will supervise daily on-site activities, ensure work is performed safely and to design specifications, and coordinate among architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate has a Civil engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech or Diploma) and 10-12 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial projects. Key responsibilities include executing RCC and finishing works, conducting site inspections, preparing daily progress and material reports, and enforcing quality & safety standards. Strong knowledge of construction methods, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Qualifications (Education, Skills, Certifications)
Required (Must):
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Certification in building/construction is advantageous.
- Proven experience (typically 10-12 years) in construction site engineering, preferably on residential or high-rise projects.
- Strong technical skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing interpretation. Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent site-management skills: thorough understanding of construction methods (RCC, shuttering, materials) and QA/QC procedures. Knowledge of safety norms and ability to enforce site discipline.
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Able to coordinate teams, report clearly to stakeholders, and solve problems proactively.
Preferred:
- Prior work in Vasai-Virar or Mumbai Metropolitan Region (to ensure familiarity with local supply chain and commute). (Living in the region is highly desirable.)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
