Job Summary : We are seeking a highly energetic MBA Fresher to join our pharmaceutical team. This cross-functional role bridges internal human resource management with external pharmaceutical marketing.
You will support talent acquisition for specialized field and scientific roles while simultaneously assisting product managers in developing marketing strategies for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and retail networks.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmaceutical HR Operations:
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and line up candidates for specialized roles like Area Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering etc.
- Onboarding & Training Coordination: Facilitate joining formalities and coordinate mandatory product training and compliance workshops for new hires.
- Field Force Engagement: Manage pan-India communication with the remote field force to track attendance, leave balances, and address queries.
- Performance Tracking Support: Assist in compiling quarterly performance data and incentive calculations for the sales teams.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s scientific achievements and workplace culture to attract top pharma talent.
Marketing
- Medico-Marketing Collateral: Assist Product Managers in creating scientific visual aids, product monographs, leave-behind leaflets (LBLs), and digital inputs for MRs.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor drug pricing, molecule launches, and doctor prescription habits to prepare monthly market insights.
- CME & Event Management: Support the planning and execution of Continuous Medical Education (CME) seminars, doctor webinars, and medical conferences.
- Digital HCP Engagement: Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns targeted at Doctors, Pharmacists, and Hospital Stockists.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with printing agencies and pharmaceutical gift vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing inputs to the field force.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, HR, or Pharmaceutical Management. (B.Pharm / B.Sc background is a strong plus).
- Pharma Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical terms, regulatory guidelines, and the doctor-chemist-stockist ecosystem.
- Data Handling: Good command over MS Excel for managing large candidate databases and market sales data.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with medical professionals and corporate teams.
