Job Title: CAD Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CAD Design professional to head our design department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in jewellery design, CAD software, and team management. The role involves leading the design team, creating innovative designs, and ensuring timely delivery of design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement design strategies to align with business goals.
2. Create innovative and commercially viable jewellery designs using CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production.
4. Ensure timely delivery of design projects and meet deadlines.
5. Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and design software.
7. Manage design budget, resources, and workflows.
10. Ensure design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CAD design, preferably in the jewellery industry.
3. Proven experience in leading a design team.
4. Expertise in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD).
5. Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
