Job Description:
Natural Herbs & Formulation Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Veterinarian – Techno Commercial Manager to handle techno-commercial sales and PAN India operations in the veterinary segment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to farms, veterinary hospitals, distributors, and dealers.
- Promote and manage techno-commercial sales of veterinary products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and training to veterinarians, farmers, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and support new product launches.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Conduct induction and technical training programs for the sales team PAN India.
- Coordinate with the sales team for field queries.
- Manage PAN India operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in the veterinary field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel and manage field operations
